## How I work / Jak pracuję
Tomasz Gnat works with Grok Bot as his AI agent (a tool, connected to UX Pilot, Figma and Cursor) that orchestrates the design process:
1. Context in one place: business requirements, constraints and goals gathered into one shared context.
2. Flow diagrams in FigJam or Mural.
3. UI variants generated in UX Pilot.
4. Choosing a direction and expanding it into a full flow.
5. Quick usability test of a clickable prototype.
6. Export to Figma and to code in Cursor.
7. After launch: PostHog and Hotjar connected so Grok Bot can test and improve the product based on data and user feedback (iteration loop).

## How I deploy AI agents (Grok Bot) / Jak wdrażam agentów AI
Tomasz runs 20+ AI agents in Grok Bot (used as a tool), each with a role, approval rules and integrations. His deployment process for companies:
1. Process discovery: repetitive work and pain points.
2. Map the process and agent roles in FigJam or Mural.
3. Choose agents, roles, approval rules (human-in-the-loop) and integrations (email, CRM, calendar, tasks).
4. Pilot on one process.
5. Measure and iterate with feedback.
6. Scale and train the team.
